Privacy policy

jacien.co is built on one rule: collect as little as possible and keep it only as long as needed. This policy explains what I collect and why.

What I collect

• Order details: your name, email, and billing details, collected by Stripe at checkout. I can see your name, email, amount paid, and the last 4 digits of your card. I never see your full card number.
• Project information: what you send me in the intake form or by email so I can do the work.
• Emails: messages you send to support.

What I don't do

• No analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site.
• No selling or renting of your information, ever.
• No using your project files to train AI models.

Service providers

• Stripe: payment processing (Stripe privacy policy).
• Website hosting: the hosting provider may process basic technical data, like IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
• Intake form provider: stores your form answers so I can read them.
• Email provider: delivers and stores our email.

How long I keep it

• Project files you send: deleted 30 days after delivery, unless you ask me to keep them longer.
• Order records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing support@jacien.co. I'll reply within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Payments happen on Stripe's secure checkout, and your card details never pass through jacien.co.
