Do I have to get on a call?
No. Everything happens by email and through the intake form. Delivery includes a written guide and a recorded video walkthrough.
When does my delivery clock start?
When your intake form is complete. If I need more information, I ask once by email, and the clock pauses until you reply.
Do you need my passwords?
Never. When access is needed, you send a temporary collaborator invite that you remove after delivery.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Each service includes written fixes or revision rounds. If I miss the delivery date by more than 5 business days, you can ask for a full refund. See the refund policy.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe's secure checkout. jacien.co never sees or stores your full card number.
